WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY KNOW ABOUT WHERE YOU’RE AT ANYWAYS?

IN THE BEGINNING……..
It occurred to me that over the years of running & growing this business that there is a significant number of people falling into three categories…
*Stressed/anxious over worked and over stimulated
*Tired not sleeping or restless
*Carrying extra unwanted weight & struggling to lose it
Do you Fall into one of these categories?

Let me tell you a little story… ( very little long story short :-))
Once upon a time there was a little lady who loved her life, but she was always running around chasing her tail and running around for other people.
She really thought that she was very important to them so she continued to chase her tail and run around busy! Busy! Busy! never making time for herself, burning the candle at both ends.
Then one day she got really sick.
She did not know what was wrong with her.
“Why am I so sick, I’m always helping others?”
It wasn’t until one day she woke up and found herself in the deep dark hole of depression.
With very dark clouds over head and no ladder to pull herself out….
The darkness lasted for a very long time and she waited and she waited and she waited.
Then one day the clouds started to disappear, a little bit of blue sky started to appear, the whole did not seem as deep anymore.
Then finally she could see the ladder…. What was that ladder?
The ladder was the gift of self-love, care awareness and recognising that it was important to take care of ME!
Yes that was a small snippet into one my time’s with the Dark night of the soul.
We all experience tough times…..

My experiences have led me down the path I’m currently on, health, wellbeing & herbs.
IT’S TIME FOR YOU…….
Where am I going with this you ask?
In this four part blog I’m going to briefly touch on these topics.
If it touches one person’s, if it assists some people to take a deeper look at where they are at and do something about it then I’d a happy girl :-)
For the first week I’m going to chat about general health and wellbeing and ask you some hard and fast questions…
Are you healthy?
Are you well-being?
Do you have dis-ease in your body?
All the above categories are interlinked, whether you like it or not, agree or disagree they are all connected to one another. If you dive deeper into one the other will pop up.
So where are you at?
In the present moment? This week? This month? This year?
Where are you going?
These are all questions you can choose to uncover in various ways, when was the last time you asked yourself honestly where am I at?
In any given moment our situations can change for us, we can be feeling on top of the world right now and in another moment our world has come crumbling down (well we think it has).

Where I’m going with this is it’s important to really take the time to check in with yourself, take time to breathe, smell the rose and the wonderful word RELAX !!!!!

There are simple ways to create breathing space in our lives and I hear you now saying….

I’m too busy…..
We all have time, you just need to create it….
Where are you losing the most power or energy in the day?
Where can I create 10 minutes sacred time for myself?
Can I suggest that you go into these questions deeper and start to uncover and become aware of this area of your life?
Do it for you….
